There was a store in the Brentwood shopping center – I can’t remember the name of it, maybe Conway? Some TJ Maxx type store but not as nice. But hey, if a store is in my neighborhood and has purses you can bet I’ll be checking it out. I got this green Stone Mountain bag there when we used to live in College Hill. Structured hobo with plenty of space inside, adjustable shoulder strap in a sagey green. This is another bag where a friend of mine said, “If you ever get rid of that one…” So, it’s up for grabs for everyone, and I hope she sees it.

Latico purse from TJ Maxx. Yeah, a few years ago, orange was THE color, and I had no orange because it’s not in my color wheelhouse. So I thought I’d get an orange bag. I looked and looked and looked and the bags I liked were SO expensive. I settled on this one, and I think it was $60, but $59.99, so it didn’t feel as expensive. Yes, it did.
The leather is lovely, and the color is deep and bright. But it’s a black hole. Click the black hole tag for an explanation if you need one; I’ve explained it multiple times in previous posts.
If you like this bag, email me at email@example.com with bag 28, your name, your address. Also, a reminder that Sunday is a feast day – so check out the blog for unclaimed bags. Email me at the above address with the same info but the bag # you want. Peace!
Latico leather hobo. Got this at TJ Maxx during the orange craze. It’s super soft and a bit of a black hole, but the color pop pop pops.
I got this bag years ago at the Tri-County Lane Bryant. It’s so cool; I remember when I bought it someone else bought the other one that was still there, and someone else tried to talk me out of it so she could buy it. Ummmmmm no. That was around 16 or so years ago.
Calvin Klein structured hobo in chartreuse. This is a sooooffffftttttt bag, and the leather is spectacular. Front and back pouches perfect for keeping phone and keys separate but accessible. I picked this up at Clothes Mentor a few years ago. It’s great with black instead of yellow, so you don’t get the bumblebee effect. Have fun this modern, colorful bag. The little leather tassels in the front could use a bit of Tacky glue or Gorilla glue or something like that.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with bag 12 if this catches your fancy.
A bag that is as fun on the inside as the outside. Burnt orange suede Lazaro with brown leather trim and a turquiose blue interior. The mirror is attached so your look remains… well maybe you look a mess, but you’ll know. I found this at goodwill and couldn’t resist the modern design. If you like it too, email me at email@example.com and request bag 11.
Beautiful oxblood-colored bag. Softest leather ever by Anthony Marc. Cool zipper details and a roomy interior. Let your boho spirit shine with bag 32. Email me at 50favbags.com.
