One of my favorite Fossils. Mostly coated cotton which I love because it’s colorful and wipeable. Enough said.
Vera makes her final appearance this year with this backpack that was donated to me by a person who gifted a bag back to me that she got from the blog in the past. While I don’t typically take donations, I couldn’t pass up the chance to offer this bright backpack with adjustable straps and a zipper pocket outside and small pouch inside.

Day two at Procter. Vera’s back with this blue floral crossbody with lots of organization in a very small bag. Front flap opens to an id and card area, the middle section has room for essentials, and the back pocket holds an iPhone6s, so not the giant phones – those would fit inside. Adjustable strap. I got this especially for this giveaway sometime last year, because lots of folks like this type of bag and it’s not something I would buy for myself. $6? Rescued.

Having one of those days. Here’s a quilted Vera Bradley frame purse in blue, orange, pink and white. It reminds me of my mom’s purses back in the day – she loved frame bags and coin purses. Another Goodwill find last year when I invested in way too many VB bags.
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org with bag 13. Please follow the rules; it helps me manage the giveaway.
I picked up this little baby at Valley Thrift and come on… Fossil, beads on the strap and zipper pull, the key is amazing; it’s all so adorable and classy. I am not leaving it there for $2.99. I know I used it at least once because the price tag is inside the bag, but I can’t remember when that was. So goodbye to thee, sweet baby. You are sooooo cute.

Yesterday, Monday, i thought, i’m not going anywhere; i’ll use this Linda Pelle bag which is technically too heavy but is too awesome to ditch. That turned out to be a myth; the girls and i went everywhere. But Oh My Goodness i fell in love with this bag. I hugged it at one point — the leather feels that good. And, it’s perforated. Black, perforated, handles and shoulder/crossbody strap… butter zipper… i couldn’t give it up after just one day. So, i used it in today’s bag, a Vera Bradley tote i recently picked up at the thrift store. Now, I don’t have a thing for Vera Bradley, but i do have a thing for nice patterns and light bags. This fit the bill. It’s great for hauling my purse, ice packs, exercise printouts from the PT, and change of shoes.
This style of Linda Pelle bag is no longer for sale, but a similar sized bag retails for $348, $150 on sale. It’s the softest leather i own. I got it at Clothes Mentor for $14. Check them out – there’s one in Anderson near the OAUC, Plato’s Closet, and Staples. There’s another one in the Hyde Park plaza. The Vera Bradley was at Goodwill and i think it was $10. Hashtag worth it.
Getting back to normal after the Episcopal Communicators conference, which was here in Cincinnati… almost there.
