Hanging around the thrift store one day was this Donald J Pliner bag. It’s tiny but so cute I could not resist buying it. Plus, I know how expensive they are. It’s hung from a hook on my closet door for years. I think I’ve used it once. This is a case of bags as art. I really enjoy looking at them, but at this point in my life, if they can’t be both beautiful and functional, I need to let them go.
Snakeskin saddlebag, and when I say tiny, my whole hand cannot fit in there. The strap has a padded shoulder thingy and is detachable to turn this bag into a clutch. It’s so cool. Sometimes I let bags go and feel a twinge of regret. It doesn’t last, though. Feels like it’s going to be rough going from here on out because it took me a while to choose this bag. We’ll see what happens tomorrow, now that I can’t go to the thrift store to supplement the giveaway.
