Greetings in the name of the one who Lent is all about. I’m entering into another season of self-examination by giving away bags from my not-so-large-anymore collection.
This smallish pebbled leather bag was rescued from the Saint Vincent de Paul on Este in Cincinnati. It’s a no-name bag with lots of beautiful details – two tassels in front which are part of the toggle closure; another toggle closure from the sides; and a detachable suede zipper pouch made from the same suede that lines the bag. It also has four feet so the bottom leather won’t touch the ground. The lilac color will add a nice pop to your spring wardrobe. It’s a really well-made bag – I wonder who it’s by? Maybe you can solve that mystery.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to have this bag, no matter where you live. Delivery is part of my Lenten discipline. Please include the following: bag 1, your name, your address. Thanks! Follow this rule if you would like the bag. No stopping me saying “hey Miriam, I’d like blah blah bag” or leaving a message on Facebook, my phone, or any other email than email@example.com. Thanks.
The reason it’s so late is that David had a car accident with Nia on the way to pick up Jaiya and attend a UCONN women’s basketball game. Everyone is mostly ok – Nia banged up her knee and so we went to the ER. David’s car will be ok. Thank you, God, that no one was seriously injured. We’ll get through it.
